Saturday was so wonderful because we got to see my favorite, fresh one-year-old! I call her Bitsy and she is the child of the sweetest gal I know. Of all the pictures I took, this was my favorite. I know you can't see her face but look at those tootsies! She is constantly putting her feet up. I guess when everyone wants to carry you, you get used to it!
Oh, Maker Faire we love you! We ended up buying tix at the door and taking in the faire. I had a blast learning new crafty things from all the makers and crafters. Under The Licorice Tree was there with sugar foots, my bunny of choice (not for sale, boo)! I learned to make cheap and easy shrinky dinks from Poopscape, made a lunch sack at the Swap-O-RamaRama tent, and got lots of little free goodies. I saw Average Jane Crafter give her tutorial on making a monster plush from Craft magazine volume 6. Check out her pics; they're better than mine!
